Tasting Note:
The spicy forest character stemming from the 3 years of barrel age of this shochu is perfectly balanced by zesty herbal, and sensual floral notes. Pronounced aromas of Hinoki cypress, maitake, and haircap moss provide anchor point of flavor and aromas, the gaps of which are filled by white tea, roasted buckwheat and tropical melon.
