Tasting Note:
Pouring an attractive grilled peach in the glass the nose is heavily perfumed with cardamom, chai tea, ginger, grapefruit pith, fresh strawberry, marjoram, tarragon and mint. Lightly sweet on the palate echoing the theme of the nose. Best served over ice with a splash of tonic or soda water.
